Bistro Sorrento in Metropolitan City of Naples

"Wow! For anyone coming to Sorrento and wanting a show stopping meal - this is THE place to book. Firstly, we booked online using the booking system, and recieved a message offering to pick us up and take us back to our hotel. Secondly, the food was amazing!!! We were so impressed with the level of detail, novelty and tastes of all the food we had tonight. The steak was potentially the best I've ever had. Highly recommend the tasting selections (we had the selection of starters and the dessert selection - absolutely worth it). And aside from the food we ordered, we were given a complimentary selection of beef carpaccio, a huge selection of bread and bread sticks, a mini dessert before our actual dessert, lemon biscuits AND two helpings of limoncello. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!!"

Service was incredible, staff are so friendly, the price was unbelievable, it’s so cheap. I 100% will return and cannot wait for that opportunity again. To make the experience even better they collected us from the hotel and dropped me off after. Just amazing!!"

"I had an amazing experience at Bistro Sorrento! The food is absolutely fantastic—each dish is so thoughtfully prepared, and you can really tell the chef puts a lot of heart into it. The service was top-notch too, with the staff making sure everything was perfect and that we were well taken care of. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the owner is so welcoming—it really feels like you're part of the family. Plus, they even offer a free shuttle, which makes getting there super easy. Highly recommend this place!"

"We loved this place. Firstly the option to pick you up is fantastic at no cost! So friendly and the convertible We had the meat taster option which was excellent, we didn't op for the wine pairing just picked our own, again this was excellent 13% white wine.... The service, setting and friendliness are second to none. Observed other tables having the same fantastic service and comments similar to ours. Highly recommend."

From the driver who picked my wife and I up, (who we found out later was the owner) to the knowledge staff to the food… each experience blew us away! I would give them an 10 out of 5 if I could. "Bistro Sorrento was such a fun dining experience. This family run restaurant goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful meal including offering a courtesy car for those staying in downtown Sorrento. To start, we were served an Italian version of sushi followed by the tasting wheel featuring mini arancini, croquettes, fried rosemary dough, fried ricotta, and potato chips. We loved the tasting wheel and it was a nice way to try many different snacks made fresh daily in the restaurant. My mom ordered the filet mignon and I ordered the pasta with beef ragu. Before cooking the filet, the waiter brought the raw cut over to show us. The filet was cooked without any seasoning and the guest is provided with three different salts to add to the meat as they prefer. We then had the lemon delight, the tray of 5 mini pastries, and limoncello made by the owner to finish off the meal. Each dish was beautifully plated. The limoncello was the best we have ever tried! We even bought a large bottle of it to take home. Overall, I highly recommend dining at Bistro Sorrento. You will not be disappointed!"
